COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This is the Town Hall Tap’s Anniversary beer (a dry-hopped pale Scottish amber ale) infused with tart-cherries. It’s dry and lightly tart without any cherry sweetness we often get in our cherry infusions, but has a deep cherry flavor and aroma. The beer was taken out of the fermenter pre-dry-hop to be infused with the fruit, so there is no evident hop aroma.
