UPDATED: MAR 17, 2016 Keg @ Town Hall. Ruby pour with a tiny head. Nose has a bit of toasted grain. Light nut Some strawberry and light grass. Flavor is balanced and easy going. Soft caramel trail mix. Mellow hop bitterness. unexciting but harmonious. A well made amber.

tap at TH, well it looks like a traditional amber, but the taste on this is horrific to me, super burnt.. unbalanced and just too much toasted malt? something just isnt right to me with this beer.

Tap at Town Hall. Clear amber pour with a large cream head. Aroma and taste of toffee, earthy malts, and a hint of sweetness. Nice amber.

Tap at the brewery. Rating #4. Deep amber pour with a beige head. Nice arona, toast and some chocolate followed by an earthiness. Nice hop bitterness, more light chocolate and a real creamy finish. (2443)

Growler. Celar dark brown pour, decent amount of carbonation and a slightly sweet nutty aroma. Flavor is toffee, plenty of malt, nuts and a little brown sugar and oatmeal on the finish.

on tap at the brewery pours light amber with a medium tan head. Aroma is fruity with lots of esters and toffee. Flavor is toast and nuts with a mild roast that is very nice. Still a little bit of stone fruit and esters in the finish.

Draft. Poured into a pint glass a clear, dark copper red color with a 1 finger light tan head. Sweet caramel and light chocolate in the nose. Some roast as well. Starts with a sweet caramel and toffee flavor that builds up to a roasty dark chocolate flavor. Some dark fruit notes. Medium mouthfeel. The abv doesn’t show at all. Some lace. Lingering bitterness.
