Growler shared at the September 2012 Santa Cruz tasting. Pours dark orange with a sudsy khaki head. Caramel and crystal malty aroma, mild grapefruit and pineapple. Similar flavor, very little bitterness, a bit of resinous character. Low carbonation, light body.

Tap at Town Hall. Slightly hazy rich orange pour with a white head. Terrific aroma and taste of citrus - pineapple and orange. Excellent.

Has great citrus hop scents with a little pine. Has some nice pine bitter taste with a little sweetness. This reminds me of zombie dust a little bit, love this beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copied this from first rater with slight changes. Pour on tap at the brewery, labeled as a single-hopped brew but the single hop consists of a blend which imparts a very strong NW aroma and flavor. Slightly hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread up front into nice marmalade, orange peel, some slight tropical fruits, hints of mango and grapefruit as well. Taste is more sweet marmalade, orange, some pine and grass but leading right into grapefruit, touch of biscuit, finishing fairly bitter. Mouthfeel is solid but not full. The hops are full and front in the aroma, front and finish of the taste. Awesome!
