UPDATED: JAN 9, 2013 Growler - provided by Huhzubendah. Thanks! Poured a clear copper color, with a medium sized white head. Lot of citrus hops in this one! Light and enjoyable, this was pretty darn good. Highly drinkable.

64 oz. growler served in a CBS snifter. Huge thanks to supercolter for the growler. Thanks Jeff!
A: Pours a clear ruby color with a tooth colored head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly to a thin cap and thicker ring. Sticky, splotchy lace.
S: Nice citrus hop profile up front. Some orange marmalade sweetness with lemon sorbet. Lime zest with a pronounced piney bitterness on the finish. Sugar cookie malt backbone.
T: Lemony citrus with a hint of red apple sweetness. A little pear with some candied limes and a little honey. Same cookie malts provide a nice sweet balance to it. Less bitter than the nose, but it adds a touch of piney flavors that that compliment the sweetness.
M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Hop oils leave themselves across the palate for a great finish. Clean, but flavorful.
O: Worth the wait. Very drinkable with a great flavor profile. Time to bring on Mango Mama!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Received this growler from skipanoka2, thanks a lot man Iíve wanted to try this for years. Split this three ways so I had a good 21 ounces of this stuff. Color is dark orange and the head is billowing and huge, no lack of carbonation here. Smells like caramel and a bit of hops thrown in for good measure. The taste is really chewy caramel with a bit of pine and a very strong bitterness on the finish, very bitter. Overall I liked it.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is fairly weak, with notes of pine, spruce and citrus. Flavor is about the same, lightly sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Not bad, but I am not sure what all the fuss is about.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Town Hall Brewery. Tried both cask and tap versions. Very good stinky, sweaty hop aroma. Pretty copper-orange color with a very creamy 1-2 cm. head. Good, fairly mild, hop initial; mid has some good malt, a bit of grapefruit and some other citrus; final contains a bit of pepper. Medium body. Well balanced and some good character. Cask version 3.6 / Tap version 3.3

Growler pour into Duvel tulip, but I have had this every which way in the past.
Russet colored (wifeís words, not mine) with big white head that lasts. Big citrus aroma, some malty sweetness but mostly just the amazing hop aroma. Flavor is fairly bitter to start with good hop flavors, malty in the middle and then a smooth hoppy finish. Citrus and piney hops, delicious. No complaints about the palate, thickness is good and the crisp carbonation enhances the wonderful hop flavors.
Full disclosure, this is a home review. Iíve been loving this beer since I turned 21 and it is absolutely fantastic. If this beer were bottled I think it would be up there with Pliney and Heady.
