Low carbonation, but very refreshing none the less. Honey colored with little head. Slight floral and orange aroma. Tastes lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Flavors of spice and orange peel with a heavy honey presence. Slightly boozy finish.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured on- tap into a pint glass.
A. Beautiful dark honey brown color. 1-2mm head that faded to a nice thin ring.
S. Fresh honey, lilac, Fresh flowers smell. This beer smells like walking outside on a summer day. It really is just something different and great.
T. A wonderfully smooth honey and lemon flavor. A sweet tingle of lilac.
M. A nice smooth dryness with a slightly coarse finish. Light on the tongue and very easy to drink.
O. This is something completely different for me. I’m normally a dark beer person. But this is something that I could drink year round and feel like I am laying in a summer meadow. This is another impressively different beer from Town Hall.

GABF 2011. Clear brilliant gold with a foamy off white head. Aroma of lavender, honey, and some orange peel. Nice honey flavor with some sweet lemon and orange peel action, a lot of floral hops too, but not overly hoppy or bitter. Comes off more sweet and malty with a big body. Liked it pretty well!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap tonight. Dark golden pour, little carbonation and a slightly sweet sugar aroma. Flavor was a plently of lemongrass, very sweet honey and finished herbal and unpleasantly astringent. Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t care for this one too much.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled from the tap at the 2010 GTMW. Poured a clear gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was sweet with lots of honey and backing citrus and candied sugar notes. Flavor was similar with honey and candied sugar in the start mellowing to a citrus finish. A bit sweet but not bad.
