Grapefruit and pine nose. Palate follows suit. Big hop explosion. Finish is tad bitter.

Tap - average size foamy head, light gold/copper color, pretty big tropical fruit and grapefruit aroma and flavor, mild malt backbone, dry finish, probably more of a session IPA, but good for sure ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, orange, grapefruit, pine, yeast, slight caramel, touch of grass. Taste was a mix of pine, orange, grapefruit, nice lemon into bread, biscuit, yeast touch of earth, finishing bitter.

On tap at the Brewery. Pour is clear orange with a small egg shell head and good lacing. Tropical fruits - pineapple, some orange peel, lemons, bread and grass in the aroma. Taste is grassy, lemony, some pineapple, bready, biscuit, and fruit peel with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Solid pale ale.

On tap at the mpls brewpub. Well brewed, but nothing out of the ordinary. Clean, crisp flavors.

On tap at the Brewery/Brewpub, beer flight -- Beer and Fish Tacos, yum! This one complimented the fish tacos very well. A standard pale ale, well balanced and clean.

Part of a flight at the taproom. Clear, light orange/yellow pour. Not much head retention. Floral aroma and a bit catty. Thinking this was brewed with simcoe hops. Some might call it zesty, but I call it cat piss. Drinkable but not my style.

Draft at the brewpub. A great first impression at this place ... despite a very light body, this is a fully flavored, floral beer, and tastes very good! Just a little more backbone, and this would be awesome, not just really good. (#5705, 8/31/2014)

On tap at Town Hall. Pours a clear dark golden color, nearly headless with a ring of bubbles on rim, no lacing. Aroma is hop bitterness and caramel malts. Flavor is same with bright peppery hop bitterness. Medium bodied, active carbonation and peppery finish.

Pours clear yellow. Aroma is pine with some malt in the background. Taste is somewhat spicy with a great aftertaste. Simcoe hops shine, and it’s sessionable. Nice pale ale.
