Sep 21, 2007 A pretty great smelling, very clear, pale golden ale that comes out headless. Noticeable centennial hops bring out spicey and very floral as well as earthy aromas. The bitter impression is very lasting in mouth. Fair strawy, hay-like supporting malts. Well assembled and balanced.
