Our naturally cloudy ale is brewed with pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, malted wheat and flavoured with coriander and ginger. It is bittered with Saaz hops from the Czech Republic and fermented with a special yeast strain from a Belgian Brewery, resulting in a light-bodied refreshing beer with a slightly fruity and complex aroma, 4.9% alcohol.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tasted 15/9/2014. Draught at The Brewery, Townsville. Poured a hazy pale straw colour with a few millimetres of white foam that diminished to a collar that laced OK. Carbonation low. Aroma subtly of spices/coriander/cloves and possibly lemon. Taste of coriander and possibly cloves and cinnamon. Light body. Nice spice/coriander on finish. Quite nice.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught @ brewery tap in Townsville. A hazy bright yellow beer with a medium white head that fades quickly. I get prominent lemon citrus on the nose with subtle ginger but none of the advertised coriander. Palate is light bodied with wheat malt and lemony flavours and a low bitterness to the finish. Like a watered down Belgian Wit (lacking the orangey elements of a Hoegarden) but still ok.
