Aroma of honey toast, fruit, and mildly spicy hops. Flavor is fruity initially (apples, plums), slightly sweet malts, spicy and earthy hops in the finish. Pours a clear amber with a fizzy slightly off-white head. Light, pleasant aroma of caramel and malt. The flavor is again mild caramel and malt with some light hops at the finish. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, nutty, and slight traces of hops to the nose. The flavor is sweet, toasted caramel malts, nuts, and small traces of hops in the finish.
