Guinness4Duff (427), Tallahassee (and Poconos, PA), Florida, USA May 7, 2008 This is a good overall beer, but nothing really special to seperate it. Has a nice hoppiness, mild citrus accent and is pretty refreshing.
joeymacaroni (35), West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 22, 2008 pours clear gold with fluffy white head. aroma of pineapple, lemon, and brown sugar. taste is pleasantly hoppy with tons of piney hops, with floral notes and a crisp, dry finish. fredandboboflo (306), East Setauket, New York, USA Jul 13, 2008 Bottle. Aroma of fairly gentle floral hops, maybe some pine, cracker. Flavor fairly sweet and fruity. Not bad, but not really interesting. LilBeerDoctor (300), East Setauket, New York, USA Jul 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of wheat cracker. Flavor a nice balance between fruity, sweet, wheaty malt and flowery hops. I love the wheat base in this pale and the flowery hops complement it so well. Very tasty, one of the best pales I’ve had. gpekar (117), USA Jul 6, 2008 Poured a clear golden yellow. There were some carbonation bubbles visible rising in the glass. The head was tall foamy and an off-white color. There was a nice grassy pine aroma. There was a nice crisp mild hoppy bite initially and it mellowed out nicely. A good easy drinking beer. From a variety 12 pack. badbeer (391), Iowa, USA Jul 5, 2008 Poured a nice golden amber color with a fluffy white head leaving some lacing. Smell is rather weak, I think it’s trying to be citrus-y, but just not really succeeding. Taste is much of the same, it has stuff going on, but it’s just not very flavorful and good things. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and had average carbonation. Drinkability was merely, "meh;" I could finish it, but it just isn’t something I plan on having again. I’ll be sure to try other offerings from Tröegs, but this one started me out on the wrong foot.
