The best beer I have ever tasted. Though you must be careful how large a sip you take as it can floor you quickly.

The look is very nice! Nice foamy head. Red color. Looks like a red wine. The aromais nice, smooth, and malty. Hints of cherries, and honey. Alcohol is present. I expected the alcohol to overwhelm the rest of the smells but it’s the least noticeable. An amazing accomplishment for an 11 percent alcohol by volume beer. I cannot wait to try this beer. Amazingly smooth, the alcohol is not that present at all! Cherries, honey, and sweet malts are all present and delightful!

This is one of the best beers every made. A nice cherry flavor but not overwhelming. A great belgium style beer; I just wish they would bottle it, right now it is seasonal and only on tap.

I have been drinking this on draght for the past month. Although I have the option of about 120 other fine brews at the pub, I will continue to drink many of these till they’re gone.

Not being a fan of "flavored" beers I decided to give the Elf a try. Wow! A very complex brew. Multiple flavors, smooth finish, a great beer. The only minus is the lack of a head.
