Beautiful blond color. Aroma of apples, hazelnuts and almonds; subtle and complex. Dry mouthfeel, astringent, citrusy, acid, a bit fruity; with wood and lightly smoked. A cider with character!

Bottle, at RBNAG-11. An almost clear one, pale golden in color, and without carbonation. Lots of apples in the aroma, some apple cores too. Funky and lighlty lemony. Sourish flavor with apples and some notes of orchard. Medium body, quite dry. A pleasant and rustic cider probably deserving some food to really shine. 111015

Fresh bottle at the Sidrería El Ñeru, Madrid. Cloudy golden colour. Fresh sour apple aroma. Very good soft mouthfeel. Lovely sour fresh apple flavour. Sor dry apple finish. Yum! Goes great with the strong cheese called Queso Cabrales!
