Inspired by Pliny, according to the brewer. From tap, a slightly hazy gold with a respectable white head and good lacing. Strong grapefruit notes, balanced with pine on the back end. Flavor starts with grapefruit as well, before bittering at the end. Good overall, but not spectacular.

A decent IPA, nothing too special, but well balanced. Pours an ugly clear yellow with a thin white head. Smells of tropical fruit, mango, citrus, and pine. Taste is not too hoppy, with lots of citrus and pine, and mango in the finish. Paired with grilled nectarine and burrata crostini, brings out more hoppiness as well as a citrus sweetness. Had in the bottle.

On tap @ Track 7. Clear golden colored beer with a white head. There’s a bunch of citrus find to the nose. Pretty heavy pine character as well. Lots of orange, some grapefruit, and grassy hops. The flavor is a bit more malt forward than I’d care for. A lot of toast. Good orange zest and peel, though. Lots of piney bitterness on the back end. Alright IPA.

Nice citrusy IPA, murky yellow pour. Lots of fine lacing. Grapefruit aroma, more citrus follows in taste. Very drinkable, very quenching.

Can thanks to Macke at RATXV. 4 days old. Pours a light orange. Nose is a very nice dank IPA. Taste is a mild bitter with a fresh orange taste.

From a bottle into a glass. The pour was clear orange with a grapefruit and a light to medium body.

Can from trader VOX. Thanks! Pours a golden yellow with some haze and a thick head. Aroma is grapefruit and orange citrus with some biscuit and cereal. Taste is grapefruit and slight orange. Clean tasting with biscuit and cereal grains. Some bitterness on the finish. Light body.

12oz can pours semiclear orange with a finger of head. Nose has some round grapefruit and orange citrus, low malt sweetness, some cracker and biscuit. Taste is rounded soft orange grain and fairly well balanced malt grain sweetness, hints of caramel, sticky light pine. Finishes medium bitter with lingering malt fruit and light grapefruit. Decent, fairly well balanced but just doesn’t wow.

Pours a nice orange-golden color with white head. Grapefruit, citrus, pine, and some grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with just a pinch of malt.

This has it all. T7 is well on their way to nationwide status. Very well done ipa with the right amt of hop and aroma you would want from an organic company like T7.
