Jul 20, 2007 Bottle (leftover judging beer 2006 GABF)poured a hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and hints of banana and spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, lemon and a hint of banana with a crisp clean finish.

Oct 2, 2006 nearly clear no real head touches of straw almost a krystal. Light honey grain aromas some bananas and breads. Light palate some fluffiness to it. A very nice bananna bread an honey w/ light wheat aroma. A very well done hefe.

Oct 2, 2006 GABF 2006. The beer pours to a filtered looking gold body with a lasting white head. I figure it’s not a kristallweizen because my buddy Dave’s hefe looked very similar and wasn’t filtered. The cold seemed to drop out the murkiness. The beer has a nice wheaty aroma with cloves, clover, banana. Rich and very clean and crisp. Same with the flavor. Creamy crisp refreshing palate. I’d definitely drink this again.
