I drank it straight from the can. The aroma was very traditional stout. The malt is chocolaty with coffee and carmel notes. Sweet leather taste. There’s a touch of smokiness on the after taste. A very balanced, tasty beer!

On the nose: Notes of coffee & chocolate, a roasty, slightly effervescent, mildlly alcoholic aroma. Opaque molasses color with slight brunette tinge or aura. Head is minimal due to coming from a can, but the color is lovely, comparable to espresso crema. Medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour. Mouth feel offers a full body, a creamy texture, lively feel of carbonation.

Big roasty and malty aroma on this one. You can definitely get the sweet milk from this one. Taste is chocolate and big malty roastiness. Really solid milk stout and the can art is super cool as well.

saw the can at a mixed singles party, decided to pick it up. pour is a very light almost brown with a khaki head. smells like a wet cotton field with pecans just before picking time. shit, did i just advertise where and how i grew up. it is a true statement though. overall drier than i expected. flavor is rather airy with hints of butter crackers, 7 eleven coffee and flat lactic. reminds me of the flavor the "icing" from pillsbury cinnamon rolls had when i was a kid. unfortunately this was one of the things that made a fat kid dislike sweets. still stayed fat though, hallelujah for pasta and fried foods!

Can pours opaque dark brown, small off white head that vanishes quickly leaving no lace. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, molasses, earthiness and a touch of alcohol. Tastes of roasted grain, sweet chocolate milk, coffee, and floral hops. Light almost thin body, minimal carbonation, silky mouthfeel and a smooth finish. This is what I would call a session stout. While it has an extremely thin body is has very nice aromas and flavors. Easy to drink and smooth as a baby’s a$$! The can is great for camping too!

Drank at GABF 2012. Pours a dark murky brown color with a medium white head. A sweet milky nose with some roast. A basic stout with oats, chocolate, a tad thin, big milkiness. Nice.

On draught at taproom. Pours an opaque dark brown with slight tan head and lace. Surprisingly Big roasted aroma. Big body, full mouthfeel. Early roasted character owed by slight lactose mellowness. Dry finish. Surprisingly dry for a milk stout.
