COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This northwest IPA is bold and balanced, with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use premium 2-Row, Crystal, Munich and Victory malts to create the perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip youíll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer. 6.3% ABV 80 IBU

Pours a finger of head on a clear straw colored body. The aroma starts with bright mango and pineapple, but quickly turns to a dull dank smell. The change is abrupt. The taste has a solid and bold bitterness all the way through. The malt attempts to balance it but the hops dominate. The texture is crisp with a thicker body. Itís enjoyable. Lots of big hops.

Draft. Unclear orange amber. Decent white head. Dry and floral. Flower powder. Not too aromatic at all but enough flavor. Similar to what others have said, this needs to be hopped up more.

Poured from bomber. Interesting frothy white head lingers. Dark cloudy yellow. Peppery cigarette hops, some bitter. 4.9 bd

Bottle thanks to Duchammer: Poured a hazy copper orange with a white head. Malt aroma along with light hops. Gritty hops and malt. Does not live up to the name.

Solid IPA. Would I call it a hop bomb, or even a hoppy be-atch? No. But itís good. Nice malt backbone. Malt-hops balance is 1-3. Pine-oriented hop notes. Nice bitterness, which isnít overwhelming. This beerís true problem is that itís misnamed, but I do like it.

Nice looking beer with a towering, fluffy head. Not as hoppy as the name would imply. Malt is more prevalent, nice dark golden body, malt on the aroma, very bready/biscuit. Taste is also predominantly malt, some slight hop bitterness at the tail end. Long dry finish.

Poured a hazy orange with a lasting white foamy head. Very pretty, no aroma, thin and bitter taste with no backbone at all. Flat and tasteless, but the bitter came through easily. Not a great combination. Disappointing considering the great artwork on the label and tantalizing name.

Bottle from QFC, Seattle
Hazy golden color with medium sized compact head. The aroma is mildly hoppy. The mouthfeel is lean and dry; not much malt flavor, but decent hopping, a bit resiny and fruity; some toffee and liquorice in the final.
An easy one, midway between APA and IPA.

Itís hoppy like the name says. Beautiful appearance and thick tast. 60 IBU, barely too strong to take a big gulp. But definitely one of my favorites thus far.

This was a shared tasting with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Before I even opened this beer Dave pointed out this was a neat label and drew attention to the stylistic "B" in Bitch. Poured orange with an off-whhite head and good lacing. Nose of tropical fruit and citrus hops on a good robust caramel malts. Flavor is pine, citrus, and there is a long dry and bitter finish. Really good beer and well balanced.
