COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This northwest IPA is bold and balanced, with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use premium 2-Row, Crystal, Munich and Victory malts to create the perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip you’ll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer. 6.3% ABV 80 IBU

On tap at 5 points cafe, seattle. Bright cloudy orange with just a touch of white head. Dishwater aroma with some aromatic spices and maybe a bit of pine. Fairly flat carbonation, foamy consistency with a slightly dry , sour finish. Very mild flavor. Bitter pine and perhaps floral hops, biscuity malt too. Not the best DIPA.

Bomber shared by Schmittymack (thanks Dan) poured a hazy tarnished gold with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of carmel, pine, grapefruit and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, pine and light grapefruit with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering earthy finish.

Toasty nose. Lightish, easy-drinking body. Hops are mostly floral and perfume-like, with a moderate hop bite. Flavor-wise, hops are grassy. Hop aromas are pleasant yet subdued. Malt flavors are that of toasted bread, nuts and roasted grains. Very mild sweetness. Aftertaste is reminiscent of plant stems. OK IPA, but it lacks brightness and it’s a little rough around the edges.

Tap: Clear copper color with a nice head and sticky lacing. Citrusy aroma as well as freshly cut grass. Mainly just bitterness in the taste. Full body. This beer is fine, but lacking in complexity.

Very Balanced with a very forward malt profile and finishes with a good hop flavors and aromas....very sessionable IPA and is not over hopped like a lot of the IPA’s on the market today.

Malty, tastes like coffee. I don’t get much hoppiness for an IPA. Some fruity esters at the end. Bubbly on the palate.

Bomber from LetsPour.com. Pours amber with a slight, transient, off-white head. Aroma is earthy/citrus. Med+ body. Flavor is earthy, pungent, arguably spicy. It’s definitely dry and bitter. Arguably what a good ale should be. Tasty!!!
