Crafted exclusively for Trader Joe’s this delicious beer is made in Quebec, Canada, and brewed according to the time honored traditions of classic Belgian Ales. It strikes the perfect balance between spices, hop, and malt profiles. With champagne-like effervescence and aromatic notes of citrus peel and ginger, this beer is malty, mildly sweet and hoppy with a subtle, spicy finish. It is sure to please the most finicky beer drinkers.

Pours pale, murky yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is bright citrus on malt with spices. Flavor is sweet up front, followed by a dry champagne finish. Full-bodied, highly carbonated Belgian. Quite nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden ale with a nice foamy head and lacing. Aroma is of lemon, clove, and banana. Well balanced flavor with a lot of lemon, spicy hops, and nutty Belgian yeast, with a slight bit of funk. Very tasty, goes down easy and is a great brew for hot weather. Thirst quenching and complex enough to make you want more. The 7.5% abv is well hidden in the flavor. A great deal at $5 a bottle.

750 bottle, cloudy pale white, lite lacing around the glass. Bought these around Chirstmas time at Trader Joes. Such a great deal! Fruity nose of pears and apples with sweet spices. Clean harmonious mix of flavors, sweet fruits and spices countered by a dry hop. Very enjoyable.

Pours hazy straw-colored golden. White head blossoms and drops off quickly. Aroma of citrus, banana and bubblegum. Palate: Lively carbonation, medium body, moderate to long finish. Taste: Nicely balanced sweetness with some bitterness. Pepper apparent in the dry finish. Overall: This is a pretty tasty beer at a pretty tasty price. Will definitely pick this one up again.

Cloudy lemon color, very nice. Faint, light scent of lemon, yeast, banana. Overly fizzy if too cold, but when allowed to warm a bit it drinks smoothly and pleasantly tart. Still a bit gassy, though. Mild aftertaste with a nice sweetness.

Happy to see a new TJs bomber by Unibrue....Pours a hazy medium yellow. Foamy white head. Aroma is definitely Belgian spicy yeast, along with lemon rind contrasting with musty banana. Very smooth first sip, with an unexpected malty richness. The banana notes come first, followed by the tart lemon, and a slightly thin finish. Some winey notes at the end as well. A little more flavor hops at the end would finish this better, it’s a touch too thin at the end. Not too complex, but good overall.

Pours a hazy yellow with a good, lasting head. Aroma of orange, lychee, yeast, and coriander. Tastes like a good bready Belgian with orange and spice.

Really great beer! Both Trader Joes big bottles by Unibrue(sp?) are great. This is one of the best golden ales I've had; and it's a steal for the price. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
