Oct 7, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Trader Joe’s in Richmond, VA. Pours brownish orange with a quickly dissipating one-finger head. Pretty straightforward toasted malt aroma with a hint of caramel. Taste is very similar with a tad bit of raisin. Medium body.

Aroma - Predominantly caramel and toffee, suggestions of spice.
Appearance - Clear amber, medium off white head that lasts pretty well.
Flavor - Lots of malty sweetness dominates, soft bitterness slowly emerges in the finish.
Palate - Barely medium body and medium carbonation, smooth and fairly clean considering all the maltiness.
Overall - Drinkable, if uninspired, Vienna

Jul 21, 2008 This one pours a clear bright amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is very malty accented by strong hop aromas. Plenty of carbonation in this one, but taste is unfortnately dissapointing. Flavor is a little stale with hops initially, but finish is watery.
