22nd June 2008. Loses it’s identity with a mild uninteresting malty start followed by flimsy watery hops. Not well joined up at all.

0.5 L bottle from The Whisky Shop, Edinburgh. Fingerthick, lightly tanned cream head. Brilliant, nut-brown body. Dry aroma of nutty, light peppery, dark malts. Slight sweet, caramelly, toasted and light peppery malt flavor. A faint fruitiness and some sour notes. Very mildly hopped. Mid-bodied with a powdery mouthfeel. Malty-bitter, mild spicy finish. A decent and straightforward bitter.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours deep ruby-red with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, some heavy DMS, subdued grassy. Light prickly carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour has caramel, soft grassy hops, a bit of the same DMS. Wonderful roasted, chocolate finish. Shame about the aroma.

Bottled An amber coloured beer with an off white lasting head. The aroma has fruit and bread. The taste is the same with hints of sweet and sour. A bit of toffee and caramel. A little strange in some ways. 5,3,6,3,11
