passable bitter beer. First picking up the malts and then the hops and bitterness in the finish. Yellow coloured body. The carbonation and the bitterness are right there. Surprisingly high bitterness, don’t know the hop but its drinkable. Very dry aftertaste.Peeno’s bottle.

2102-05-04. Crisp orange amber body, small beige head. 3+ Flavour is mild, light orange citrus hops, mild muddled grains below. 6+ Similar aroma, mild orange hops, light grains. Average to light palate, soft carbonation. Shockingly acceptable, actually pretty decent and quaffable. Bottle shared by Garthicus

Bottle [650ml] shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- c/o garthicus. Pours a hazy orange-copper with an average size diminishing frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, grain and a decent amount of hempy/catty hops -- this doesn’t smell like an ESB but it doesn’t smell bad, which is a good thing. Flavour of caramel malt, some fruit and a decent bitter finish. Average bodied. Pretty good for Trafalgar.

May 3, 2012 - with blankboy, garthicus, gregclow, jercraigs & mabel. Bomber c/o greg? Hazy deep amber with a smallish frothy off-white head. Aroma is grainy and a little catty, mostly floral - pretty clean for these guys, and for a wonder not incredibly sweet, either (7-). Tastes ... like a bitter - floral malt - not bad. Average body, weak carbonation, grainy and a little acidic in the quickish finish - the bitterness takes a while, but it builds to a respectable level.

[4409-20120504] 650mL bottle. Spruce orange hops aroma. Slightly hazy, golden orange body with a creamy off-white head. Bitter light citrus sap hops flavour. Medium body has a little hoppy kick to it. Surprisingly tasty, I quite liked this one. (8/4/7/4/15) 3.8

Id be willingto bet this is a re-label of their elora ESB. Anyways.....this is a barebones bitter. Light goldings, light pale malts, some touch of caramel, and wet paper. Meh.

Bottle - 650ml. Nice limpid amber body with average carbonation and a thin white foamy/creamy head. Aroma is diminated by maltiness and carries hoppy and caramel hints. Sharp hoppy taste with piney notes. Ends with a long bitter/woody finish. In spite of its lack of complexity, this is a decent ESB.

Thanks to Herrbrown. Appearance: golden orange, tiny white head. Aroma: grainy, a little catty, floral. Flavour: average body, a little acidic, floral, bitterness builds as I drink on. Certainly tastes quite nice. Pretty solid.

Spab (2526) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 15, 2011
650 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a nearly clear brownish dark orange with only the faintest rumour of a head. Aroma is fairly mild with some caramel malt vaguely detectable. Taste is dominated by a harsh chemically/acidic note that overpowers the beer, some caramel malt and maybe a little herbal bitterness. Slightly bitter, fairly rank finish. Almost flat, lifeless mouthfeel. One to miss.
