Traffic Jam West Canfield Pale Ale

Rumours of its retirement are certainly exaggerated. Warming, lots of cream and lace. And bitter leaf taste. The best of the three on tap this evening, a cross bender of what you would expect from a pale, wonder what the hop profile is. Hard to finish the pint, yet several interesting features.

Nice mahogany/amber pour with small white head. Getting some nice woody character in the scent as well as some roasted and hoppy aromas. Nice strong full-bodied flavor with some slight hints of apple. Very smooth and well-balanced
