Its raspberry tartness and malt sweetness are reminiscent of this style's Belgian predecessors.

Hazy yellow-orange with a sticky thin head. Little aroma. Very light raspberry character on a surprisingly full-bodied beer. Pleasant-enough balance between wheaty malt and creamy fruit.

Poured a small sized creamy white head with fine-small sized bubbles that fully diminished. The body was carbonated and cloudy with yellow hue.The nose was that of mild malt and raspberry with a raspberry flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and light bodied and thin textured.

Tasted 3/31/11. Sampler from the Brewpub. Hazy with a golden hue. White lacing head. Aromas of raspberries and honey with a touch cereal grain. Light to medium bodied with a rounded raspberry candy, marshmallow flavor. Mild and easy with a tangy finish. Nothing overt, but a definite summertime sipper.

Slight berry smell. Hazy. Very dominant raspberry flavor. Tart. Well balanced. I don’t like raspberries, but this good.

This was a cloudy light orange colored body with a white head. The aroma was definite raspberries and bread. The taste was mild raspberries with some almonds. There was also some fresh flour. A decent fruit beer.

tap at brewpub-pours light orange with a small soapy white head. total cough surup aroma of berries. fizzy palate but not all that thin for this style. lightly medicinal on the flavors less than the aroma suggested. no hop presence to speak of. long raspberry finish that became a little more pleasant as the beer warmed.

Totally middle-of-the-road. Pours a hazy wheat gold, small head. Aroma is like those Footies fruit chew candies made by Tootsie. Also some caramel. Flavor is somewhat artificial, cloyingly sweet, though the fruit notes are somewhat balanced. Needs tweaking.

Draft at brewery. Thin and uninspired. The raspberry seems to be an after-thought. This brewery is consistant in the fact that all of their beers are thin and blah. This is so exception. It is an adequate raspberry but nothing more.
