2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: JUL 27, 2011 aroma is honey sweetness above pale grains. near champagne note. sweet, sweet, sweet...strong clues of malt extact in all its syrupy glory. appearance is yellow with tinge of haze, almost still pour. flavor is intenese sweet grainy with fleeting echoes of pleasant low toast before horrid dead mouthfeel nearly causes gag reflex. a 1 on mouthfeel is a compliment, the only one (forced) i shall pay.EDIT: had a second sample, just as still as the first. gave it a very violent pour and drank it quickly before the mouthfeel disintegrated and found a nice breadiness in the flavor that was masked by the lack of carb or any real palate. drinkable....maybe

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft in a sampler at the brewpub. Pours a very pale yellow gold with a small white head that lasts for quite a while. Notes of dry grains, grass, crackers, and straw. Not much going on here. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, grainy mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Not bad, per se, but the dullest one of the bunch.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tasted 3/31/11. Sampler from the Brewpub. Filtered with a golden hue. Webbed white head. Aromas of faint cereal grains and not much else. Light to medium bodied with a dry finish and a touch bitterness. Crisp smooth and easy. A bit thin in the body and somewhat one dimensional, but no noticeable flaws.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted a sampler at the brewpub. Pours without much head and leaving very little lace. Pale cloudy color. Decent blonde. Starts and finishes well. Finish has similarities to their Missouri Brown Dark Ale. Medium carbonation and light to medium bodied. Decent brew.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On Tap- Beer had a yellow color with a small head. It had a faint aroma but could not identify. The beer had a light taste but lacked any real flavor. Sort of reminded me of a light beer, not bad just missing something As the brewpub is close to "Budweiser City", the Blonde Ale seems to be the brew of choice by local patrons.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear golden with light carbonation and almost no head. This is almost a pale lager disguised as a blonde ale. A bit of malt and honey but not a lot going on. It would be a nice starter beer.
