Bottle at Polpo. Hazy piss yellow pour with a white head. Lemon, bread, and yeasty aromas. Light body with lemon, yeast, and cereal notes. Not that it was bad, just unimpressive.

Bottiglia da 33 cl. Color giallo molto carico con schiuma di grana media non abbondante ma persistente. I profumi di caramello tostato e un leggero erbaceo non sono evidentissimi, al palato dopo un leggero caramello subentra subito il tostato e un amaro abbastanza importante. Il corpo è medio e si beve facilmente anche con i suoi 8 gradi alcolici.

Mi aspettavo la gran bomba di lievito belga, e invece questa bsa, è molto più leggera e delicata. Però non è certo indimenticabile...

Old rate. Pours a hazy amber-orange with little foam, fruity aroma (apple and peach), yeast and alcohol, sweet, almost sugary, quite light-bodied and watery finish - unbalanced and modest.

Golden with a thin white head. Fruity yeast aroma with a mineral note. Sweet and spicy flavour with some malt and alcohol.

Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is caramel, grass and fruity notes. Flavour is caramel, alcohol, fruity notes and light grassy hop.

Pours an unclear and light amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt with some acidity. The flavor is malt and sweetness. The palate is dry with some sweetness. Overall a beer just below average.

Bottle @ Berlin/Bavaria Tasting, Odense. Pours clear yellow with a spritzy collapsing white head. Nose is strong of yeast, fruit and alcohol. Vaguely metallic and quite alcoholic. Warmth . . .
