Feb 21, 2004 On tap at the brewpub. Its name is Emily Rose Esb, named for the brewers daughter. Really good. Malty and hoppy. Well balanced. Slightly fruity. Very good beer. Wel made.

Feb 20, 2004 On tap as the Emily Rose ESB. Slightly fruity/hoppy nose, with carmel undertones. Malty carmel flavor with hops present, yet in the background and finish, blending and complimenting the malt nicely. Reminded me of Fullers, which says a lot. Well made.

Dec 5, 2002 Light nose, red amber color, and a big sticky head. Comes in a nice sampler rack. Crips, raw hop bitterness. Big taste, interesting, but the balance is not convincing.
