Commercial Description:
ESB is Extra Special Bitter, a style that is popular in England. The name Cheswick comes from an area in London were English Bitters are produced. The hops are spicy, herbal and floral which balance nicely with the malt character of the beer. This beer will appeal to those who like hops in their beer. Will pair nicely with red meat, tuna and pizza.

On tap at the brewpub. Its name is Emily Rose Esb, named for the brewers daughter. Really good. Malty and hoppy. Well balanced. Slightly fruity. Very good beer. Wel made.

On tap as the Emily Rose ESB. Slightly fruity/hoppy nose, with carmel undertones. Malty carmel flavor with hops present, yet in the background and finish, blending and complimenting the malt nicely. Reminded me of Fullers, which says a lot. Well made.

Light nose, red amber color, and a big sticky head. Comes in a nice sampler rack. Crips, raw hop bitterness. Big taste, interesting, but the balance is not convincing.

Malty and grainy nose. Brown golden color, no head. Sweet but also bitter, spicy and herbal. Long lasting finish. Bitter aftertaste.
