Commercial Description: The most distinctively flavored of all grains, rye has been used to make beer in Eastern Europe for centuries. It contributes herbal, spicy notes to beer much like it does to bread or rye whiskey.
on tap-pours a foamy white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet medium malt, light fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt/rye, secondary hops. Grows nicely on me. OK carbonation.
