tsarman (794), Northern, New Jersey, USA Nov 18, 2007 I liked this red lager. First beer I actually tasted that day. Not the first I drank. Definitely malty and hoppy. Smooth. A solid brew. jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Jan 22, 2005 Amber color. Mild taste of malt. Almost no hop flavor. Very clean and smooth. Light finish. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Apr 7, 2006 on tap-pours an offwhite head with amber color. Aroma is malt, some hops. Taste is nicely balanced hops & medium malt, sweet caramel. scraff (1672), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Jul 28, 2007 Light amber, thin white creamy head. Soft nose of spicy florals that fade into nutty fruity tones. Dry spicy floral hops balance on notes of candied malt nuttiness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry, lightly bittersweet finish. Easy drinking brew that could go with anything on the menu… AdamSkillin (370), High Bridge, New Jersey, USA Feb 16, 2006 Malty, a little more hops would balance this brew out. Very red in color, leaves some lacing. A good clean beer.
