Clear golden, with a white head. Fresh hop flavor and aroma. Nice full malt body to balance the hops. Bitterness not too dominant mover malt and flavor hops. Well done.

Nice Ipa. Golden in color. Really enjoyable brew. Huge hops. Cascades, centennials. Citrusy. Good beer. Very nice. Well balanced.

This is a very nice IPA. Pours dark amber, with great head and lacing. Aroma of huge hops, malt, and bread. Tastes very hoppy AND very malty/sweet. Very nice mouthfeel. Well balanced, with a hoppy, malty finish.

Strong flavor of the cascade hops. Very nicely balanced. Bitter at first but finishes almost smooth.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2007 on tap-pours an offwhite head with yellow/gold color. Aroma is grapefruit, hops. Taste is crisp hops with a strong medium malt presence.

Clear, nice-coloured golden ale. Excellent, firm white head, fully lasting and leaving massive lacing. Aromatic, slightly yeasty, well aromatic nose. Oranged, earthy, flower petals – well put centennial/cascade blend. Highly supportive bready malts, biscuity, soft and never exaggerating the sweetness. Growing sheets of bitterness follow the dry finish never get extreme. Soft-edged texture. Medium-bodied, soft carbonation, juicy palate. Great IPA.

Finally, a beer with flavor from trap rock. Full of hops. Piney. Delicious in many ways.

Draft. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Solid complex hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture with soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew

Orange pour with creamy off white head and lace. Earthy/citrus hoppiness. Sweet malt with a medium bitter. A medium bodied beer. A nice finishing bitter that just grows on you.

Floral, fresh hop nose. Lemony taste with lots of fresh, raw hops. Kinda one dimensional, but I like the bright hop resolution. Thin and dry like a martini. Man, I’m just picking the hops from my teeth...
