3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/12, as Rocgaarden Wit
Aroma: The nose is wheaty, with a little lemon, some spice, and yeast
Appearance: It has a cloudy yellow pour with a small head and no retention
Flavor: It is lightly sweet up-front, moving into a later light tart/lemon feel in the end palate
Palate: The body of this one is fairly light, with a soft carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall, I thought this one was a more then solid example of the style. This is a more then adequate beer.

Medium body to a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice sweet flavor with a medium sweet citrus finish of an average duration. My expectations where met.
