Pours hazy amber with a white head. Smells and tastes of bananas, some burned plantains, light citrus with an earthy finish.

On tap at Trap Rock. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of bananas, fried banana chips, cloves, and other spices. Tastes of bananas, cloves, and some lighter citrus.

On tap at the brew pub, Berkeley Heights, NJ. Clean lines. Beer pours amber and clear - surprising for a weiss. Aroma is bananna and clove, with some citrus notes; good head retention. Weiss taste is strong and clean, very good; but I miss the unfiltered taste! Nice semi-sour finish, decent weiss beer but would be more refreshing and full-bodied if it were totally unfiltered.

On tap at Trap Rock. Pours a lightly hazed orange with a small beige head. Smells slightly medicinal, basil and other herbs. Quite sweet, featuring some root beer and sarsaparilla flavors. Crisp and sweet, still nice, and definitely different.

First draft with appitizers at the brewpub. A hearty white head sits upon a strong translucent honey yellow. Nose is mostly cloves with some banana. Body is medium and rich with sweet rounded malts, then stronger cloves which slip quickly to a crisp refreshing finish. Solidly presented by well triained staff, that actually reccomend beers properly to match you food choice. Impresseve.

Had on draft at the brewpub.Poured a cloudy,golden color with a small white head.Aromas of wheat,banana,slight spice and citrus.The taste had all of the aromas as well,and the beer had a nice clean finish.Could definetly enjoy a few of these.

on tap-pours a white head with cloudy gold color. Aroma is wheat, clove, banana. Taste follows. Finishes with citrus, good effervescence. Straight forward, a good beer.
