Bottle thanks to someone at Mora2000’s pre BTBF tasting. Dark brown pour. Aroma is caramel, toffee. Flavor is toffee, toast, apples, and plums. Watery mouthfeel.

From a 33 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear cola brown with an off white head. Aroma of caramel. Flavors of caramel, raisin and candy sugar. Rich mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very tasty.

Dark brown color with no head. Strong malty aroma. A bit nutty and caramel. Flavor leans toward fruity, with plums and raisin winning. Some sherry and oxidization. Sweet. Thick feel.

Aroma of apple, malt, dark fruit, and caramel. Pours murky brown with fizzy film. Taste is nice and sweet with great flavor profile. Mix between a Belgian brown and English barleywine.

Pours dark copper color with a small head. Aroma of caramel malts, sweet ripe fruits, toffee and some alcohol notes. Flavor of ripe fruits, caramel malts, syrup and nutty notes.

Aroma: Dark malt and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. A bit sweet and light bitterness. Creamy carbonation.
Taste: Dark malt, fruity. Well hidden alcohol.
Overall impression: A pleasant surprise.
