Scopey (8824) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2014
Cask at Cloisters. It pours clear deep amber-brown with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is toasted brown, grainy, mild caramel, earth and wood. The taste is smooth, toasted grain, brown, wood and leather with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Simple malt-driven job. OK, but probably their poorest offering.

jamestulloch (2049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 13, 2014
Cask at Scottish Real Ale Festival 2014. Clear caramel body with a thin off-white head. Light lacing. Aroma of earth, heather and Hobnob biscuits. Flavour of caramel, grass and biscuit. Thin body with an oily mouthfeel. Faint carbonation prickle. Well balanced - quite plain, but very nice.

allmyvinyl (6063) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 11, 2014
Cask at The Scottish Real Ale Festival 2014. Pours clear amber, thin off-white head. Aromas of caramel and apples, light sugar. Taste is sweet. Finishes clean enough. Bit boring to be honest.

JohnRMurdoch (3747) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - OCT 4, 2013
Cask @ Troon beer Festival. Reddish amber brown, decent head. Dry grain malt aroma. Dry grain flavour. Watery with bitter aftertaste. Bland, just drinkable.

Cask by handpump at Troon Beer Festival - clear dark amber, no head, mild raisin, malty aroma, raisin toffee, very thin texture, peculiar aftertaste

Nuffield (3819) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 21, 2012
A very simple beer: malty, caramel in front, middle and finish, with a smooth palate and a classic rich golden color. Fine; not fancy or flashy, and it didn’t really appeal much to me. (cask at Scottish Real Ale Festival, Edinburgh, June 2012)

Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 29, 2012
On cask at the Scottish Real Ale Festival, 2012. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, grassy hops, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel.

tombyars (1463) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - NOV 21, 2011
Tasted this at the Troon Beer Festival in October 2011. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear copper in colour with a thin white head. Fresh green apple in the short aroma. Robust creamy mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a fiery ginger bread base with sweet hints of golden syrup and brown sugar. Spicy hop resins impart a slightly dry bitter aftertaste. Finish is robust and warming with a slight sherry and oak cask notes. An excellent session bitter which is full flavoured and tastes far stronger than the og suggests.

Bullit (4159) - Burgos, SPAIN - OCT 8, 2011
Cask @ 12th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival, Troon 2011. Light brown colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel malts, bit of fruits and candy sugar. Flavour is light caramel malts, citrus, fruits. Slightly bitter finish. Not on par with their other beers.
