Aug 25, 2008 Bottle: Poured out a murky brown with a slight tint of orange, the head is an off white cream. Aroma is leafy with a bit of banana and yeast. Taste a slight bitter wheat with a metal bite.
MrRomero (1881), Wiesbaden-Biebrich, Germany
May 16, 2008 500 ml bottle: poured light iced tea colored with an off white head. Slight cloudiness. Mild aroma of yeast with slight banana. Flavor comes up short with traces of banana and yeast but also a bit of dirt. Slight milky sourness to it. Finish is mildly bitter with just a mild sweetness. I didn’t care for this one too much.

Jul 22, 2005 (bottle) Cloudy brown colour with a big slightly off-white foamy head. Clovy and yeasty aroma with traces of bananas. Light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Malty taste with a reticent sweetness, clovy spice and a dense note of banana. Short, slightly sour finish. Not that bad.

Aug 17, 2004 Straight from the bottle, grass track races Lattrop. Caramel aroma. Milky flavor with yoghurt, caramel and banana. Just a bit watery. Hint of metal in the aftertaste. Not bad.
