Hell malziger, weich herber Antrunk. Das Malz intensiviert sich im Mittelteil und wird etwas dunkler, dazu weich und cremig, vor allem zum Ende süffig. Leichte Hopfennoten, nun süßlicher. Simples aber gutes Bier! 9/9/10/8//9

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body, sweetish and lightly caramellish maltiness. Subdued bitterness. 141208

Thanks to the Doppelbock for this bottle. The smell of fresh bread, malty, light sweet. A medium sized white creamy-frothy head, normal long lasting. A red -orange body. Light sour start with a malty body and an average duration. The texture is creamy and light dry wit a soft carbonation and a medium body.

Hazy amber with medium white head. Grainy aroma with yeasty notes. Sweet malty flavour with grainy and yeasty notes.

Bottled. Thanks yespr for sharing. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and bread as well as lighter notes of honey and dust. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and vegetables.

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Average creamy white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of light grass, grain, caramel. Over the palate came light buttery, caramel. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavour. Light bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Mild malty and slight acidic aroma. Medium sweet and somewhat breadish malty flavoured. Light bitterness into a medium dry finish.

Bottle, 5.3%. Fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is also quite fruity, but clean with a good subtle bitterness.

Swing top bottle from Der Doppelbock. Golden color, steady head. Malty cake dough aroma. Full bodied. malty sweet flavor with cake dough, a hint of citrus and flowery hops. Bready and hopbitter finish that lingers on for a while. Certainly not bad.
