Bottle @ Really late Summer Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Bread, caramel, grass and citrus. Dry and sharp bitter finish. Medium bodied.

In a bottle at the bison restaurant in Banff. Pours a goled straw colour with a bit of white head that dissipates slowly and has some visible carbonation. Smell is really nice, some citrus and grassy hops and a bit of toffee sweetness. Palate is light bodied, with far too strong carbonation. Taste is pretty decent, a good balance of sweet and hoppy with a nice slughtly hoppy aftertaste. Just needs a bit more flavour and a little less carbonation.

500 ml can from Premier Wine and Spirits (Halifax). Pours a clear orange colour with small white head. Earthy, caramel and bread aroma. Flavour is toffee and bread with gentle earthy and floral notes. Pleasant but nothing too noteworthy.

Tall can. I loved the softness of this ale and the fruitiness of the hops. Carbonation is high. Similar to American Pale Ales.

16 oz can poured a clear golden amber with a lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of carmel, butterscotch and earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel and earthiness with a crisp lingering earthy finish.

Clear light copper, creamy white head lasts. Pale malt aroma and taste, some caramel sweetness as it warms. Lightly hopped, average carbonation, light - medium bodied. Finishes dry and malty. Decent. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Really liked this pale ale. It has a nice muskiness that reminds of wet barley. It permeates the nose and palate. A nice hoppy finish as well. Very satisfying beer.

500ml can brought back from BC by a cousin. Thanks! Pour is a clear honey copper with a nice thick white head and good lacing. Aroma is fair bit of sweet caramel and toffee malt, lots of bread and cereal grains. Light pine hops. Taste is lots of bread, sweet but light caramel malt, a touch of pine hops. Mouthfeel is creamy, finish is sweet. Pretty nice beer, but too sweet for me.

Cannette 500 ml. 5%. Vancouver. Couleur ambrée, mousse blanche. Arôme de caramel et malt. En bouche, malt, caramel, herbe...elle est douce et gouteuse. Finale très légèrement amère. Se boit très bien...très bonne.
