3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
As the name suggests this IPA is hoppy from start to finish with plenty of hop flavour left behind. This might be best drunk last if you fancy tasting other beers. I do enjoy this beer for its’ honesty.

Orange-gold body with good head. (That’s what she said! Ha!) Malty hop aroma, not too bad, not too expert either. Flavour is soft hops and weak hint of malts. Very subdued, preferred the double better. Give this to your friends at the barbeque and keep the strong one behind the bar for yourself.

Very light flavoured but quite bitter. Strong in that sense and quite tasty. But everything else is fairly bland.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
An awesome snappy IPA from Tree brewing! Hazy orange pour with a thin head, no lacing. Notes of pine, bitter hops and some lemongrass spiciness almost.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
355ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Orange in colour with a long lasting large off-white head, excellent. The aroma is of citrus, some pine, light caramel, some toasted malt. The flavour is of light citrus and pine, earthy and toasty, some caramel sweetness. Bitter mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, good bitterness and hoppy. A nice balanced and highly drinkable IPA.

3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 2/20
The HopHead is an extremely hoppy and flavourful beer, reminiscent of many American IPAs. The HopHead has a nice full body and mouthfeel, without the hoppiness being too overpowering. A fine ale all around.

355 ml bottle. (5.6% ABV) Pours a hazy copper with a medium, off-white head that laces. Sweet, hoppy aroma of citrus, caramel malt and grass. Sweet, fruity flavour of grapefruit, caramel malt, mild resin and grass with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy pale to medium amber with a short, short-lived light beige head, spotty lacing. (4/5) Nose is pine, citrus, caramel malt, slightly flowery. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Medium body, moderate to low sustained carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (4/5)
Quite a decent A/IPA. Good balance between hoppiness and maltiness: the malt is quite pronounced, but definitely in a supporting role, and the flavour remains hop-forward. Quite nice. (15/20)

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nicky balanced IPA. Light copper in colour, off white head. Plenty of hops but not over powering. 5.7 percent so not too strong that you could not enjoy it as a session beer.

Transparent copper brown. Good head retention. Caramel, malt, hop, and pine aroma. Quite creamy and smooth. Mid bodied. Initial taste is smooth caramel malt and the finish is mildly bitter hop and pine. Extremely smooth and refreshing IPA.

ENG: 330ml bottle from Liquor Mart Winnipeg. Poured into the tulip, golden color with some little bit of haze, almost unnoticeable, medium tan head which quickly disappears. Nice hoppy aromas of pine and citrus, maybe a bit soury too. Tastes mildly citrusy-hoppy: lime, grapefruit; and floral. Mild caramel flavors too. Delicate piney hoppy bitter in the aftertaste. Balanced taste overall, medium carbonation, the mouthfeel is light, it’s also easy drinkable and refreshing.
PL: Butelka 330ml z Liquor Mart w Winnipeg. Przelana do kieliszka, złocista barwa z niewielkimi drobinkami, średnia jasna piana, która niestety szybko zanika. Przyjemne aromaty chmielowe - żywiczne i cytrusowe, może nieco kwasowości w tle. Smakuje umiarkowanie chmielowo-cytrusowo: limonka, grejfrut, a także kwiatowo. W tle smaki karmelowe. W posmaku delikatnie chmielowo-żywiczna goryczka. Podsumowując smak dość zbalansowany, łagodny, średnie nasycenie i lekkie odczucie w ustach, łatwo pijalne i orzeźwiające.
