COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most recent foray into the juicy world of big hoppy beers, Juice Machine is packed with nearly 6 LBS per BBL of American, New Zealand, and Australian hops! Pale malt is paired with a light assortment of caramel malts to produce an appropriate hazy glowing orange appearance. Pungent aromas and flavors of clementine, grapefruit, and papaya dance with notes of spice and earth before a dry citric finish with a touch of heat makes you fall in love. . . Careful though, too much love and you could find yourself regretting it!

A really solid, fruity IPA, though if I’m being entirely honest amidst the sea of weirdly spiced beers and coffee beers and such that is EBF it didn’t produce a wholly memorable day-after impact like Coriolis did.

Moderate amount of white head tops the lemon-lime colored, slightly chill-hazed body. Moderate to strong retention.
Hop fruit salad in the nose provides lots of tangy pineapple and mango. Free of pine, for the most part, which their IPAs all seem to be, thankfully. Some sugars are inescapable to balance this monster and light alcohol and hop resin do build up. Still preserves the lighthearted tangerine/nectarine/mandarin fruitiness of Julius, but it’s not as clearly presented, thanks to so much acid and malt. Still, this is one of the best of the ultra IPAs, though still no match for Pliny the Younger (or at least what Pliny the Younger was 5 years ago, having not had it in a long time).
Amazingly light palate for such a huge beer. Grapefruit, candied orange, leafy, citrus tea-like flavors and light vanilla sweetness. Everywhere from peppery, herbal bitterness to tropical fruit juiciness with some very light aspirin/resin and just a touch of alcohol burn on the end. Soft, supple, engaging carbonation as always from these guys. Pretty successful beer. Glad to see Mass. finely has a world class IPA brewer. That being said, all the additional heft seems a little excessive; Julius and Torndao seem wonderfully hoppy and absolutely delicious. What’s the need for all of this extra malt, acid and resulting heat?

Growler. The pour is light. The aroma is like gym socks, not good. The taste is solid, good hops are not quite bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Really big juicy DIPA. The abv is nonexistent and the beer is full of juicy tropical hops with some nice dank resinous backbone. Dry for such a huge beer. Great.

Pours a pale orange with a white lacing wavy citrus grapefruit and orange. Rather juicy

750ml growler in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a lacy, white head. Aroma of citrusy and fruity hops, some pale and caramel malts, and light dough. Flavor the same with a decent blend of it all. Average texture. A pretty good beer but could have a better balance.

Pours a hazy dark amber with two fingers of clinging white foam. Nose is super tropical fruits. Papaya and clementines with some floral notes on the end. Taste is a chalky tropical fruit bomb. Mango and papaya with a dry and abrupt finish. Bitterness eases off as it warms up a tad. A very juicy beer with a dry finish. This is an excellent DIPA. Tree House continues to impress.
