COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Serendipity is our whiskey barrel aged beer, aged in our cellar for over 100 days in whiskey and port barrels. Each brew number discovers new tasting profiles that is reflective of the style of beer used and blending done to each batch of beer. We hope you enjoy our Serendipity series of beers as much as we have enjoyed exploring and pushing the boundaries of beer.

(650ml bottle) Courtesy of Donald, the Tree rep. Strong wood nose, vanilla and cream. Very sweet, deep fig malt and strong hickory wood chips. Too sweet. 5/3/5/3/11

Darkest muddy brown, foamy tan head settles and fades. Aroma of sweet dark roasted malts, some cocoa and whiskey. Burnt dark malt taste, caramel, toffee, oak and vanilla notes. Some sourness and bitterness. Softly carbed, medium-full bodied, moderately hopped. Finishes malty bitter and boozey. DNFL (Definately Not For Lagerboys)
