0,5 boks fra den døgnåpne russiske sjappa ved hotellet. Klar gyldwn med kort hvitt skum, som de andre. Og samme mangel på smak, munnfylde og interesse. Men en rating er en rating, og til bare 1 Euro.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2014 (Iskusstvo Varit Cheshskoe Barnoe) Bottle 500ml at home, poured into a glass tankard, ABV 4.9% Clear and bright golden yellow colour on the body, small and thin white head, with average retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Sweet and very malty aroma, some cereals too, sugar. Taste is also sweet, again very malty, basically follows the aroma, sugars, cereals. A subtle bitterness on the aftertaste. Thin body, carbonation on the low side. Overall nothing special, maybe okay to accompany a dinner.

The beer starts smooth and malty. Slightly grainy. The mainpart is smooth, full-bodied, not too deep but also not bad. Highly drinkable. The aftertaste is long, malty-grainy with only a slight bitterness.
Highly drinkable and ok for a Pale Lager, but nothing special --> 7/12/8/7

vinivini (554) - BELARUS - APR 8, 2014
Pale golden colour, filmy head. Aroma: grain, cereal. The body is light to medium. The taste is dominated by sour notes. Finishes with malty notes and a little hint of hops. I didn’t detect the proclaimed on the label Saaz hops. Generally a very mediocre lager with nevertheless decent palate.

Bottle 30cl. Clear light amber color, 0ne finger frothy white head, dissipates slowly, minor lacing; hoppy nose, bread, corn, grassy hops, touch of strawberrie, citrus; mild moderate bitter taste, slightly sweet; medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonation; mild bitter finish, a bit metallic.

Drinkable, below average piwo conatining malt and sugar. Maybe some sweeteners in the back mixed up with some hay. Too sweet, to artificial.
