Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein typisches Pils. Blasses gelb mit guter, fein-mittelporiger Krone. Geruchlich sehr aromatisch hopfig.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and minerals. The flavor has notes of minerals, straw, and malt, leading to a very bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Flowery hop aroma. Medium body, dryish maltiness again with the flowery hops returning in the finish leaving a fairly dry finish. 190511

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass not very zippy, small head. Starts mild, but not washy, malty-spicy, modest sweet. Finish well balanced, modest dry notes, still fine spicy-wheaty. I liked it!

Bottled. Clear golden, no head. Bready nose with old hay underneath. Dryish with clean, chewy malt and growing late spicy hop bitterness. Quite refreshing.

(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Spicy and subtle fruity hoppy aroma with slightly bready malt. Light to moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Smooth malty, slightly bready base with a good dash of aromatic hops, slightly herbal and subtle fruity hoppy finish with a moderate level of bitterness. Well-made Pilsener from Saxonia (10.VII.09).
