wingman333 (160), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA Mar 26, 2008 Draft in Hillsborough...not my favorite Belgian-style ale...watery in flavor and mouthfeel was flat. Pale in color, not fizzy. Also a bit sweeter than I like.

NachlamSie (1309), Tennessee, USA May 13, 2008 On tap. Pours a clear, light copper with a small head. The aroma sports heavy esters with strong hints at apples and lighter spiced notes. The carbonation is medium on this and it shifts to the sticky side after a few sips. Lots of sweet fruit are here with suggestions of apples and bananas. The finish brings out a bit of wooden hoppiness. Decent. mhelgason (415), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA May 12, 2008 tap. small white fizzy head into clear golden body (decent lacing present). aromas of yeast, light hops, a touch of grass, and a slight alcohol burn. flavors are moderately sweet into a light bitter. moderate finish length. watery texture. pretty good stuff. dkachur (641), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Apr 27, 2008 Sampled in the presentation tent at WBF Raleigh. Pale straw color w/ medium head. Fruity bubblegum aroma. Very similar taste. Nicely balanced.
