COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formally, referred to as our (2nd Anniversary) 2.0 IPA and Revolution IPA. This IPA sparkles with effervescence and presents a floral, citrusy aroma and full hop flavor, while downplaying the bitterness and balancing out the malt. This beer has been specially dry hopped with 3 different hop varieties for a wonderful drinking experience. This IPA measures in at 5.7% abv.

Gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma is okay. Kinda hoppy mostly cereal . I would not classify this as an IPA. NC breweries need to put together a decent IPA and stop fronting

12oz can from jcwatts. Poured a deep amber body under a huge rocky light beige head. Aroma is pretty damn spicy, saisonish, pepper, rotting citrus, apricot and peach, dough. Body is medium with aggresive carbonation and a tonic water feel overall. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Meh, this is a subpar saison pretending to be an IPA.

From 12 ounce can purchased at The Veggie Wagon, Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Hazy orange/yellow color, large off white head that left good lacing, nice citrus/pine nose, scattershot bittersweet flavor thatís sweet, then somewhat watery, then hoppy, although it comes together better as the glass warms. The recipe could use a little adjusting but not bad as it is.

Comes out of the can a hazy honey golden, barely transparent, with a very thick and rather persistent buff head. Aroma is typically hoppy for an IPA with a fruity underpinning. Hoppy flavor is slightly bitter, with a subtle fruity undertone, nothing special but still pleasing. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and not very fizzy. If only average, still palatable.

Pale cloudy orange/gold pour nice can conditioned look with a thin soapy head and some sediment .... aroma is of caramel malts and very light piney citrusy hops .... taste is a little bitter with a nice hop bite, grapefruity, floral and light pine with caramel malts and a resiny goodness .... finish is dry with a lingering hop bite .... very sessionable and solid little ipa here ... has some nice balance

12 oz Can. The IPA poured a hazy golden color with a huge head. The foamy head lasted the duration of the beer with lacing down the glass. The nose was light maybe some light citrus. There is a chalkiness that is unexplainable. The carbonation was lively mostly at pouring. The ale has a medium body with the taste of grassy hops. The finish was bitter but not overly so. Very balanced ale, but no WOW!

Can. Pours cloudy and gold with a moderate head to it. Very hoppy aroma thatís inviting. Fairly easy on the palate, which is nice. The taste isnít as hoppy as the smell, but still decent.

Can. Orange pour with a huge over carbonated head. Light citrus nose with some caramel malt. Med body with citrus bitterness. Bright citrus finish with a smoked malt presence. Odd. Not really digging this one at all.

Pint at Tribeca Tavern Cary. Ok aroma, sweet. Pine orange golden color, ok head and lace. Bittersweet flavor. Medium body, creamy smooth mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Eh, I know Innards this before, at Revolution in Durham IIRC and.it.was much netters than this. Will rerate someday.

Can. Glowing cloudy orange with a small fizzy white head. Nose is nice enough, fairly balanced, mainly grassy and herbal notes, some light citrus with big sweet caramel that turns kinda buttery as it warms a bit. Flavor is similarly buttery, grassy hops, caramel, bleh. The finish is bitter, bitter, bitter, butter. Poo.
