Bottle at Banana jam. First impy/bw Ive tried from Africa I think. The beer is dull rusty colored but the head is stable. The aroma corresponds with rusty thick old hops and ripe fruit. The balance is good--lots of malt sweetness with a good enough amount of hop. Thick burly palate. The alcohol is apparent but not harsh. It is fairly well-made although uninspired. The sweetness does overtake the hops in the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle Cape Town. Instant fruity peachy lichi aroma which is very pleasant. Pours copper orange. Very light head and carbonation. Alcohol is present but not unbearable. Overall very enjoyable especially the aroma. Hoppy for sure but happily!

Aroma: Strong caramel, hops, toasty, VERY NICE! white chocolate, sherry, pear, bread, buttery, Appearance: Hazy copper/orange, medium-small long lasting head, good lacing Taste: Initial sweetness, then a high, long lasting bitterness. Medium-high sweetness, strong hops flavour, banana, fruity, pear, medium dry, Palate: Medium high body, soft, creamy carbonation. Overall: Strong bitterness initially, but very well balanced overall. Possibly one of the best smelling beers I have ever had! WOW! 340 ml body, poured.

Sweet hoppy, biscuity nose. Sprucey pine hop profile is complimented well by the biscuity malt. Warm finish with a lingering bitterness.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2013 Only IIPA you can find at the moment. Very strong floral aroma from hops. Mouthfeel is perfect for the beer. Even the bit of alcoholic flavor comes through but it isn’t overbearing.

Bottle at Deanso’s crappy music tasting. Poured a clear dark amber with a broken white head. The aroma is malty and zesty. The flavour is hugely malty with lots of alcoholic bitterness. A super beer.
