Following in the footsteps of our other ďStreetĒ IPAís, Sleeper shares the same base grains while placing the unique El Dorado hop at center stage. Opaque orange-yellow in color with floral aromas of lime zest, grapefruit peel, pine sap, and candied orange. Juicy, hop-driven flavors of bright citrus, melon, and herbal pine are balanced with medium bitterness, fluffy mouthfeel, and dry finish.

750mL bottle. Pours a hazy deep orange with a frothy medium white head. Rich floral aroma accented with citrus. Taste is floral, piney, and citrusy with the pine balanced extremely well. Medium bitter finish. Light carbonation. Medium bodied.

can. Another really bright yellow orange beer from Trillium. Loads of hops in the nose, tropical fruits, slight pine, dank. Oily, slick, with somewhat resiny hop feel. Bitter finish. Fantastic

can offering recently picked up at the source-Canton-great medium orange color with 2 finger head and a bunch of hop particles that sank to bottom, aroma is dank with melon, citrus and grassy wet hops..mouthfeel is much the same quite light bodied with some bitterness that coats palate but is not offensive and yes it manages to have a nice dry finish, getting some of the pine, yes indeed, not some, but an above average amount, this is a good ipa for sure...

Thanks, floozy flooz. Can. The beer is a touch darker than other Trillium hoppy stuff that Iíve had recently. Itís quite hazy. Medium-ish head, white in color. The aroma is a mix of tropical and spicy dank hop flavors. Big orange juice flavor underneath it. Pineapple, tangerine, onion, pine, oregano. Interesting mix of flavors but itís a bit deep and dank for my taste. The taste is moderately bitter, picking up some pine resin in the finish. Good bit of hop flavor comes though. Medium body, fairly soft in feel. I definitely prefer Congress Street, but I think this will come down to personal preference in hop character.

16oz can. Hazy amber with a frothy white head. Flavors are passion fruit, grapefruit peel, lychee and sweet malts with resinous and woodsy notes. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, smooth texture.

Fresh Can, smell and flavor are simcoe/dorado hop pellets, mango and so much earth and lemon lime hop notes in this one. No onions or cheese but the mouthfeel is a bit off. Hazy orange golden color. Taste like ingredients....mostly hops rather than a complete beer

From notes. This one was enjoyed at Travisís house during a planned two-man IPA rampage on July 5. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a bright golden prange color, not as hazy and murky as other Trillium stuff Iíve had before. There is a nice thick white head that recedes slowly. The aroma is excellent. There is a nice citrus up front, topical fruits and pine resin with a nice bitterness on the back end. The flavors mimic this. Itís just juicy and fruity, resiny and bitter all in one. This is a winner. The mouth feel is light, well carbonated for an IPA, with that tropical fruit and pine resin carrying it away. Damn this is a good IPA.

Aroma is juicy, citrus, pine, pineapple, some more tropical fruit, delicious. Appearance is amber golden, hazy, off white head. Taste is a nice balance of citrus and tropical fruit at the back end, full of pine and bitter without being too malty. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, tropical fruit and pine aftertaste. Overall, solidly good.
