Following in the footsteps of our other “Street” IPA’s, Sleeper shares the same base grains while placing the unique El Dorado hop at center stage. Opaque orange-yellow in color with floral aromas of lime zest, grapefruit peel, pine sap, and candied orange. Juicy, hop-driven flavors of bright citrus, melon, and herbal pine are balanced with medium bitterness, fluffy mouthfeel, and dry finish.

Thanks to Tristan pouts a hazy light orange. Juicy citrus and watermelon hop aroma. Light clean malt with lots of citrus and spicy hop taste. An amazing combo of hop flavor and light malt.

750mL from Redstone. Pours cloudy orange yellow with a big white head. Aroma is lime, orange, grapefruit. Nice and soft with tangerine, lime citrus. Orange peel and a bit of pine bitter in the finish. This goes down way too easy. Halfway through the bottle and I have to bump up my rate... 4.0 to 4.1. It’s that good!

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Pours very hazy, almost milky, deep yellow with a creamy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, nectarines, tangerines, peaches, raspberries, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with subtle fruits, raspberries and peppery grass. Good hoppy beer but I’m not sure I love the raspberry character.

this is great. The hops come across as lemony and herbally. (herbally, grassy). Bitter by trilliums standards, which is about an average IPA. Great stuff.

From the 650 ml. bottle. Hazy medium yellow pour with a lingering off-white head that leaves lacing. Big pineapple, pine, and citrus aromas off the bat. A slight toastiness in the malts that I actually pick up under the hop notes. Medium body. Definite herbal and slightly sweet malt start up with the pineapple and pine bitterness ending dryly at the end. This brewery knows how to hop its beer.
