Cask at The Cleveland Arms, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a tight, off-white, creamy head. Nice nose of berries and ripe, dry citrus, along with toasty dough and mild leaves. Light to medium sweet flavor with more toasty dough, light caramel, toasty earth and grassy bitterness, light berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Cask, handpump at The Horse & Groom, Caulcott, Oxon Sunday 19th August 2012 Rich reddy brown colour with a filmy white head and tight rim of bubbles, really clear looks good. Very traditonal bitter with bags of maltiness and a lasting autumnal fruitiness. Pleasant if unexceptional aroma, malty with a dark sugaryness. Good beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
