A mid to dark brown coloured beer with orange tints and a thickish off white head. The nose is light, but distinctively malty, with a hint o f fruit in the background. the taste is smooth and malty, coffee and chocolate elements are present, then a bitter, slightly dry hop flavour that balances the finish nicely. Very drinkable! (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).

Cask Conditioned at The Pembury Tavern, London
Amber color. Aroma of caramel, sweet, and fruity hops (not so strong, but very nice). Good sweetish caramel and toffee flavor, missing probably a bolder body, but with a good creamy and fruity hopping. Also this one is lacking some punch, mainly in the end, but it’s good.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise. Clearish, dark gold pour with no head. Toast and straw on the nose with some fine citrus. Flavor has good sweetness with light bread and plenty of citrus hops, mostly tangerine and orange. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and sweet, some dough and more citrus. Nice beer.
