Sampled on draught at the Grand Junction Arms, a canal-side pub in Tring. A light amber colour with a good white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste is light, hoppy and refreshing. The sweet maltiness is well balanced by the dryness of the hop flavours. Lots of taste considering the low ABV. A great lunchtime pint.

On cask at the brewery. Smooth floral hops on an English Pale Ale body. Smooth in the aroma, the floral hops fit in nice with malty Ale-characteristics. Smooth fresh floral aftertaste. Great!

Pint from tap@the Alford Arms, Hemel Hempstead@approx 10 degrees C. Pours golden amber with medium white head with sufficient retention. Hoppy. lightly citrussy aroma with just a hint of malt. Fruity, hop dominated taste, again with citrus in the foreground but well balanced with the slightly sweet malt. A lot of taste for the ABV. Fresh and drinkable first pint on a trip to England.
