Cask; Regular.
Unmistakable citrus notes from only the best Cascade hops balanced with a floral aroma and crisp dry finish make this straw coloured ale a fantastic session beer.

Cask in the King’s Head W2, strongly recommended by the lady behind the bar! Coppery golden colour. A light bitter with a pleasing hoppy flavour, more of an English than American feel, not so overtly citrusy. Nice.

Tasted this in the Last Post, Paisley (JDW) in February 2010. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear pale amber in colour with a thin white head. Floral hops noted in the brief perfumed aroma. Thin mouthfeel and decent lacing. Pale malts give a digestive biscuit base with a juicy fruit note of grapefruit and lime. Dusty hop flowers impart a lengthy bitter astringent note to the aftertaste. Bitterness continues into the dry finish. An ok session ale but lacking in complexity.

Great very drinkable beer. Just the right amount of hops. Amazing when it’s well kept ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On cask at the bow bar. Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is a little grassy, with lemon, barley and caramel. Similar flavours with mild bitterness and a dry finish. Nice.

500ml bottle. Bubble clear yellow with a slightly off white head. A mild sweet malt, bread, floral hops (subtle). Medium body and carbonation, little sweet, malt on the finish, bit of stale caramel, hops finally develop towards the end along with a nice dryness. Still not that tasty.

Cask @ Nag Head. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly beige head leaving some lace. Aroma is fruity, malty, hay, a bit soapy and hoppy. Flavor much like aroma, well bitter hopped. Finishes longlived bitter.
