Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Unmistakable citrus notes from only the best Cascade hops balanced with a floral aroma and crisp dry finish make this straw coloured ale a fantastic session beer.

Cask at the Nut Tree, Murcott, Oxon 03-05-08 Golden in colour with white bubbly head, slightly floral nose and with a reasonable citrussy flavour, quite dry on the end, its ok but nothing to write home about.

Cask at Foy Boat, Ramsgate: Darkish brown bitter. Nice and malty but not much else going on. Nice enough if pretty standard beer.

Draught. Highg creamy lasting off-white head. Hazy golden body. Mild and fruity aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness. Feels watery with low carbonation but has a relatively long aftertaste.

Cask (GBBF 2008) - Golden/amber in colour. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit. Nice and hoppy taste. Pleasant bitterness with some grapefruit hints and a bit of lemon. Another impressive low strength beer.

This is a delicious ale which "punches above its weight". The ABV of 3.6 belies its full flavour. The Cascade hops give it a lovely refreshing flavour. It is regularly available at The Rose And Crown Hawridge where it is always in perfect condition.
